The University of Cumbria recently enlisted the support of M4B to Implement Salesforce and Marketing cloud, as they wanted a cloud CRM solution to replace their outdated server-based system and onsite data centres.
They are now able to track an individual from enquirer, to student, and are already reaping the rewards of being able to support the student and enquirer at each stage. They use Salesforce and Marketing Cloud automation to send support information out to the individual at each stage of the student cycle. In addition, we were able to create an interface to link their student record system to Salesforce, so all information is consolidated.
