Salesforce Developer / Advanced Administrator

Salary: £35,000 – £55,000

This is a diverse, challenging role taking ownership of a variety Salesforce projects.

We are looking for an experienced developer to develop and deliver new Salesforce and Fullforce solutions. From initial project scoping and solution design through to delivering customised or bespoke solutions, you will quickly become a key member of the M4B team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Salesforce Administrator Certified
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certified
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced Apex (web services, batch processing, triggers) and Visualforce/Lightning development skills
  • A strong background in Object Orientated Programming such as Java or .Net
  • Previous experience with integrations using SOAP or REST
  • Data migration tool experience such as Salesforce Platform, Jitterbit, etc.
  • Experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud –
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein, CPQ, etc. is highly desirable.

Junior Digital Marketing Executive (Graduate)

M4B Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic, confident graduate / Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

Working across several different industries you will have the opportunity to plan digital marketing strategies and run campaigns whilst learning all about SEO, PPC and digital marketing.

Location: Lytham, Lancashire
Salary: £17,500
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

This is an office based role. Please do not apply if you are not within commutable distance to the office (FY8 5FT)

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Social Media Management – Responsible for social media updates and management of paid social advertising across multiple client accounts.
  • Content Marketing – Producing good quality content (blogs, press releases, social posts, email content, landing page content) across multiple client accounts.
  • Analytics and Reporting – Completing monthly client marketing reporting across all accounts (this will take up a few days at the beginning of each month usually). Involving Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Marketing Strategy – Creating marketing strategies. Creating promotions and running them for various accounts.
  • Account Management – Managing communications with clients, scheduling work for other members of the team.
  • E-mail Marketing – Responsible for creating and distributing email marketing campaigns for various clients.
  • Marketing Automation – Setting up complex marketing automation journeys for clients using systems like Pardot, Active Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Website Content / Management – Updating website content on various client websites.
  • Admin and support – Various admin duties may be required and support for the company directors.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Some broader marketing experience and understanding.
  • Spelling and grammar must be to a good standard.
  • Must be able to write good quality content.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, formulas and producing reports.
  • Willing to learn and get stuck in with a small growing company. It will be a varied role and a chance to get involved with lots of different areas of marketing.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Some digital marketing work experience.
  • Experience with WordPress and other website content management systems.
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • Google AdWords experience.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Campaign Monitor and MailChimp.
  • Any experience with CRM systems (we work with Salesforce).
  • Content writing experience – Blogs, social media updates etc.
  • Social media management experience.
