Junior Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £20,500 – £21,500 (depending on experience).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Social Media Management – Responsible for social media updates and management of paid social advertising across multiple client accounts.
  • Content Marketing – Producing good quality content (blogs, press releases, social posts, email content, landing page content) across multiple client accounts.
  • Analytics and Reporting – Completing monthly client marketing reporting across all accounts (this will take up a few days at the beginning of each month usually). Involving Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Marketing Strategy – Creating marketing strategies. Creating promotions and running them for various accounts.
  • Account Management – Managing communications with clients, scheduling work for other members of the team.
  • E-mail Marketing – Responsible for creating and distributing email marketing campaigns for various clients.
  • Marketing Automation – Setting up complex marketing automation journeys for clients using systems like Pardot, Active Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Website Content / Management – Updating website content on various client websites.
  • Admin and support – Various admin duties may be required and support for the company directors.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Some broader marketing experience and understanding.
  • Spelling and grammar must be to a good standard.
  • Must be able to write good quality content (blogs, website page content etc).
  • Willing to learn and get stuck in with a small growing company. It will be a varied role and a chance to get involved with lots of different areas of marketing.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Some digital marketing work experience.
  • Experience with WordPress and other website content management systems.
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • Google AdWords experience.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Campaign Monitor and MailChimp.
  • Any experience with CRM systems (we work with Salesforce).
  • Content writing experience – Blogs, social media updates etc.
  • Social media management experience.

As a PPC Executive at M4B Ltd, you will have responsibility for auditing, setting up, managing and optimising selected clients’ PPC/Paid social campaigns, liaising with the client, assisting with reporting, sales and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Google AdWords and Shopping campaigns.
  • Manage Facebook/Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
  • Apply knowledge of digital marketing products & services to ensure clients campaigns are successful and managed appropriately.
  • Ensure digital campaigns are managed effectively and within agreed client budgets.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of internal & external customer needs and ensure campaign reporting is delivered on time.

Specification:
Essential:

  • Detailed knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising products.
  • Over 2 years of agency PPC experience using the following platforms; AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads.
  • Self-starter with high energy with the ability to work both individually and in a team environment to achieve an agreed business plan.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to compile reports. Experience using Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Centre and optimising Shopping Feeds.
  • Competent with Google and Facebook products

Desirable:

  • Certified in Google products.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Good excel skills.
